Refund Policy:
All purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds.
Please be aware that unless explicitly stated otherwise, all items are pre-owned luxury goods and should not be considered "NEW." Therefore, each item is unique and irreplaceable, and we cannot provide warranties for them. Requests for returns are solely at the discretion of ANK World.
Before making a purchase, we urge you to thoroughly inspect the quality and condition of the item.

Exchanges:
Due to the rarity of our items, which include boutique finds, antiquities, and luxury goods, exchanges are generally not feasible. Finding a like-item in similar or better condition at the same sale price is highly unlikely.
Returns and Refunds (If Approved):
In the event that an exception to our return policy is granted, the item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Instructions on how and where to send the package will be provided upon approval of the return. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable restocking, handling, or processing fees. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
